Class #700 - From Sketch to Finish with Lenin Delsol

Class #700 - From Sketch to Finish with Lenin Delsol

Session | This program is completed

All Levels Welcome

4/15/2015-5/6/2015

9:00 AM-4:00 PM CDT on Wed

$280.00

In this workshop, we will paint a single painting over the duration of the class. There will be a strong emphasis on drawing and the understanding of the human anatomy. Any medium will be welcome in this class, whether the student wishes to continue in the medium they currently use, or to explore a medium they've been interested in for a while, but had never really pursued in any real sense. Continuing with a painting is important as a tool of study enabling the student to see more and in turn paint more of what they see. With our emphasis on artistic anatomy, the way the figure is in any position will be better understood. The first part of the workshop day will be spent in practices intended to bolster confidence in drawing and the use of the respective media the student wishes to use, followed by the main event, the continuing pose.

  • There is a $50 model fee payable to the instructor.
  • This class meets in our northlight studio on the 3rd floor.
  • A supply list will be emailed to you when you register. Please contact the office at fineart1012@sbcglobal.net if you'd like to see a supply list in advance of registering.
