Pre Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) is recognized as the world’s premier program for prehospital emergency trauma care. This course offers a unique approach to trauma care, promoting critical thinking and addressing multi-system trauma for the best patient care.
PHTLS was developed in cooperation with the American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma.
- This course utilizes the PHTLS 10th edition textbook. As a hybrid course, once you register, you will be sent a link for the online portion of the course.
You will be required to complete the online portion of course prior to the day of class and bring your certificate of completion. Durings the course days you will be doing the skills and scenarios required to complete the course.
Upon successful completion of the course, you will be emailed your course completion certificate and certification. Certification is valid for 4 years.
