This course is a hybrid accelerated course. It will be held on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.
Wednesday & Thursday will be online live stream with your instructor from 9:00am-3:00pm. Mandatory hands on labs will be held in person every Friday with our instructors from 9am-3pm to complete the course in approximately 11 weeks. There will be no class on major holidays.
Space is limited to the first 20 people with paid registration.
Tuition includes: CPR for the Health Care Provider, National Registry skills and class shirt.
You MUST have a laptop, personal computer or tablet with access to reliable internet service in order to attend the online, live stream portion of the class. You must have microphone, speaker, and camera capabilities for this course. You must attend all in person, hands on labs, unless prior arrangements have been made. You will only be allowed 3 absences and the topics must be made up.
Please find below a list of items that you will need to bring with you on orientation day, if you don't have everything by the first day, you can still start class, however, everything must be turned in by the last day of the third week of class in order to continue with the course.
1. Valid driver’s license or picture ID
2. Diploma or GED (High School or College Transcripts can be substituted)
3. Payment for class. We accept cash, credit and debit cards. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.
4. Copy of current 2 step TB skin test, or Quantifurren blood serum test (E7health.com)
5. Copy of Childhood Immunizations, including Hep B
6. State wide or higher background check (mystudentcheck.com)
7. 10 Panel drug screen (E7health.com)
