Classes will be held on Tuesday's & Thursday's from 9:00am-3:00pm to complete the course in approximately 20 weeks.
There will be no class on major holidays.
Space is limited to the first 22 people with paid registration.
Tuition includes: CPR for the Health Care Provider, National Registry skills and class shirt.
- Please find below a list of items that you will need to bring with you on orientation day, if you don't have everything by the first day, you can still start class, however, everything must be turned in by the third week of class in order to continue with the course.

2. Diploma or GED (High School or College Transcripts can be substituted)
3. Payment for class. We accept cash, credit and debit cards. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.
4. Copy of current 2 step TB skin test, or Quantifuron blood serum test (E7health.com)
5. Copy of Childhood Immunizations, including Hep B
6. State wide or higher background check (mystudentcheck.com)

Cancellation Policy:- You may cancel your registration at any time prior to the first day of class and receive a refund minus the non-refundable $147.50 fee per NRS. Once class has begun, refunds are calculated based on number of days attended including the non-refundable amount of $147.50 per NRS. Refunds take up to 2 weeks to process.
