This course is a hybrid accelerated course. It will be held on Monday & Tuesday.
Monday will be online live stream with your instructor from 8:00am-2:30pm. Most Tuesday's will be in person with your instructor from 8am-2:30pm for lecture and hands on labs to complete the course in approximately 18 weeks. There will be no class on major holidays.
Space is limited to the first 22 people with paid registration.
Tuition includes: CPR for the Health Care Provider, National Registry skills and class shirt.
You MUST have a laptop, personal computer or tablet with access to reliable internet service in order to attend the online, live stream portion of the class. You must have microphone, speaker, and camera capabilities for this course. You must attend all in person, hands on labs, unless prior arrangements have been made. You will only be allowed 3 absences and the topics must be made up.
Please find below a list of items that you will need to bring with you on orientation day, if you don't have everything by the first day, you can still start class, however, everything must be turned in by the last day of the third week of class in order to continue with the course.
1. Valid driver’s license or picture ID
2. Diploma or GED (High School or College Transcripts can be substituted)
3. Payment for class. We accept cash, credit and debit cards. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.
4. Copy of current 2 step TB skin test, or Quantifurren blood serum test (E7health.com)
5. Copy of Childhood Immunizations, including Hep B
6. State wide or higher background check (mystudentcheck.com)
7. 10 Panel drug screen (E7health.com)
