Combine atmosphere and abstraction imagery in powerful charcoal drawings. We will be utilizing energetic drawing and sfumato techniques using powder, vine, and compressed charcoals. Adding neutral pastels is optional. Students will need have several moody landscape B&W hardcopy photos to begin. Artist demonstration, drawing, and critique. All levels.
