Musical Theater and Strings

A collaboration between INTEMPO and Project Music, this six-week program is designed for students to focus on either musical theater or string performance. Participants are taught by a team of Princeton University student instructors and Project Music teaching artists. Musical theater students build vocal technique and confidence while learning age-appropriate repertoire, while string students strengthen instrumental skills and ensemble playing. Families may register for as many weeks as they choose, making it easy to fit summer schedules. To participate in the strings cohort, previous experience in violin, viola, or cello is required.
