This open level yoga class incorporates breath and movement to create a deep transformative practice. Beginners build strong awareness and understanding of the fundamentals of yoga poses while more seasoned yogis take their practice to new depths. In a nurturing and safe environment everyone gains strength, balance, flexibility and relaxation.
Bring a yoga mat and props.
This class will be taught in a HYBRID format so that students may attend in-person or virtually through zoom. Some weeks the class will only be taught virtually: Dec 5, 12,26; Jan 2,23; and Feb 13. Hybrid class is offered on the remaining class dates.
