Students will learn to capture the likeness of their subjects, from initial sketch to final details. Emphasis will be on the proportions of the face, as well as structure and color. We’ll work from photographs and existing paintings, and students are free to choose their own reference images. Each class will consist of a demonstration and individual critiques. All levels and media are welcome.
