Learn the Art of Flamenco from head to toe. Train your ears right along with your body as you explore the seductive rhythms and mysterious music of Andalucía. Whether you’d like to perform some day or just get a workout. This class starts with an intense warmup designed to increase flexibility, strength, and endurance. Students are then taught basic Flamenco technique and choreography. No partner or dance experience required. Closed shoe with 1 – 2” hard heel recommended. Se habla español.
