Craft intricate mosaics using tins with hinged lids as your canvas. These unique containers will house your glass mosaics, with designs inspired by nature. The workshop kicks off with creative exercises focused on design and color theory. You'll learn numerous techniques for working on a "micro" scale, including preparing the tins using self-leveling concrete and tinted thin-set mortar. By the end of the workshop, you'll have completed three separate pieces of art. Mosaic experience is helpful but not required. Separate supply fee $85.
