T'ai Chi: An Introduction

An introduction to the basic principles and movements of the Cheng Man Ching Short Form. Using the four primary postures of the form, p'eng (ward off), lu (rollback), chi (press), an (push), we will work with the Mini-Form for developing body consciousness, correct alignment, and relaxation.
