In this 4-session class, young artists will learn the basics of comic book creation, from character design to panel layout. Students will start by sketching their own characters, experimenting with facial expressions, poses, and costumes. They'll then explore how to organize their characters and scenes within comic book panels to tell a story. By the end of the class, students will have a comic strip or short comic ready for display, filled with unique characters and dynamic compositions! All materials included.
