In this 4-session class, students will explore different comic book art styles, from realistic to abstract and everything in between. They’ll experiment with various drawing techniques such as cross-hatching, ink washes, and bold line work, all while learning how to use these techniques to express mood, action, and personality in their comics. By the end of the class, students will have a unique comic page or short sequence, showcasing their personal style and artistic flair!
