Add imagery to glass with metal wire and sheet, using copper, brass and steel.  Some will chemically react with certain glasses, resulting in a variety of effects allowing more organic or more representational designs.  Techniques include the shaping of wire and cutting metal sheets, using a variety of tools ranging from scissors to mechanical and electronic cutting machines.   After creating a collection of samples, a final project will be assembled on Day 2.  Optional, Monday, April 20 – an online zoom session to learn how to prepare vector files for use with the electronic cutter in order to create custom designs.  No experience needed.
