Bring a tangible or visible form of an idea, quality, or feeling to life! Explore your unique

artistry with Keira Hart, artistic director of UpRooted Dance, in a creative laboratory

environment. For the first 5 weeks, participants will be led through a variety of

choreographic and artistic explorations. Participants will then workshop one of their creations with the class cohort and receive feedback from their peers, resulting in a 1–8-minute time-based performance piece. Participants will be given the opportunity to present their work in a fully produced performance alongside UpRooted Dance at Glen Echo on May 28-30th, 2026.
