Agile Project Management
The Agile Project Management training course gives the basic of Agile with emphasis on the Scrum style. This course also gives the student a working understanding of how the philosophies and principles of Agile are used in successful projects. This course is intended for project professionals who are either using Agile principles in their work, or wish to included the principles, tools and techniques in the future. When you implement the Agile project management approach, your team delivers requirements and progresses in iterations throughout the project life cycle. This approach allows teams to deliver projects in a more flexible approach and adapt quickly to project requirement changes.

Agile Scrum
Agile Scrum is the most popular hybrid of AGILE it provides a framework that allows teams to address complex adaptive problems, while efficiently and creatively delivering products, services, or results of the highest possible value to their internal and external customers. The Scrum framework improves project performance in three ways:Emphasis on communication between the team and stakeholdersTimely feedback from stakeholders.Safe and courageous environment within the team. In an Agile Scrum environment, the team constantly communicate with their customers and fellow team members. The team keeps their design simple and clean. They get feedback by Scrum reviews at the end of each time boxed scrum. They deliver the product, service, or result to the customers as early as possible, by focusing on high-value functionality in early scrums and implementing changes as suggested. This emphasis on incremental delivery of high-value functionality creates an environment where small successes deepen customer and team respect for the unique contributions of all team members.Agile Scrum provides a simple framework for effective team collaboration on projects where there exists a great deal of uncertainty due to:Customer’s not really being sure of requirements. The team possessing the necessary skill set, but the product, service or result has never been attempted by the team and the final product, service or result will need to be progressively elaborated.Tenuous funding, and as such there needs to be a focus on a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) or a Minimum Marketable Feature (MMF) This course integrates LEAN principles, where applicable, with Agile Scrum. Lean is a business methodology, initially used to improve throughput in manufacturing, that is used in Adaptive Project Life Cycles to achieve more predictable delivery, greater efficiency, and a customer-centric mindset.Applying Lean principles to project management facilitates empowerment project team members to better clarity and deliver projects with an emphasis on delivering value to internal and external customers. This course describes provides a basic understanding of Agile Scrum principles and tools and techniques used in implementing Agile Scrum in a coordinated fashion to ensure successful project outcomes.

Agile Extreme Programming (XP)
Extreme Programming (XP) is an agile software development framework that facilitates the production of higher quality software, and a higher quality of life for the development team.Extreme Programming is successful because it stresses customer satisfaction, as opposed to delivering everything the customer could possibly want on some date far in the future. The emphasis is on delivering the software in increments that provide the most value to the customer first. Extreme Programming empowers developers to confidently respond to changing customer requirements, even late in the life cycle. To provide the benefits of this approach, XP emphasizes teamwork. Managers, customers, and developers are all equal partners in a collaborative team. XP relies on a simple, yet effective environment that facilitates the formation of high performing teams. The team self-organizes around the problem to solve it as efficiently as possible. Improves a software project in four ways:Emphasis on communication between the team and stakeholders.Simplicity of methodology. Timely feedback from stakeholders. Safe and courageous environment within the team.Extreme Programmers constantly communicate with their customers and fellow programmers. The team keeps its design simple and clean. They get feedback by testing their software often. They deliver the system to the customers as early as possible, by focusing on high-value functionality in early releases and implementing changes as suggested. This emphasis on incremental delivery of high-value functionality creates an environment where small successes deepen customer and team respect for the unique contributions of all team members. AGILE/XP is appropriate when a project exhibits the following characteristics:The customer is not sure of requirements definition and as such, the requirements are dynamically changing.Uncertainty due to new technology implementation increases the risks of timely completion of fixed time projects. The team is small, with a co-located extended development team. The team has access to technology for automated unit and functional tests. This course integrates LEAN principles, where applicable, with AGILE/XP. Lean is a business methodology, initially used to improve throughput in manufacturing, that is used in Adaptive Project Life Cycles to achieve more predictable delivery, greater efficiency, and a customer-centric mindset.Applying Lean principles to project management facilitates empowerment project team members to better clarity and deliver projects with an emphasis of delivering value to internal and external customers. This course describes provides a basic understanding of AGILE/XP principles and tools and techniques used in implementing AGILE/XP in a coordinated fashion to ensure successful project outcomes.

Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®
PMI’s Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is a valuable entry-level certification for project practitioners. Designed for those with little or no project experience, the CAPM demonstrates your understanding of the fundamental knowledge, terminology, and processes of effective project management.

Become A Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
A Certified Scrum Master helps project teams properly use Scrum, increasing the likelihood of the project's overall success. Certified Scrum Masters (CSMs) understand Scrum values, practices, and applications and provide a level of knowledge and expertise above and beyond that of typical project managers. CSMs act as "servant leaders," helping the rest of the Scrum team work together and learn the Scrum framework. The Scrum methodology allows a team to self-organize and make changes quickly, in accordance with agile principles. A qualified scrum master will lead these teams and projects to successful completion.. Agile/Scrum course is also the perfect companion to this course. For students looking to enhance or become certified as a PMP®, our project management training course,
