Please follow entry directions.
1) Click on register button at the right to begin entry
2) Answer # of entries 
3) Complete hold harmless waiver
4) Complete payment
5) A receipt will be emailed to you immediately following payment with details for completing quilt entry data. 

Please note:  On-line forms link is included in the receipt letter. 
                      Paper form available to anyone without access to complete on-line. 
                      Downloadable form is on website under Quilting Guild or in the office.
