Pattern is free downloadable at: Walk the Plank PJ Bottoms- Adult Unisex (https://www.patternsforpirates.com/product/wtp-adult/)

If you are looking for youth sizes use this link: Walk the Plank PJ Bottoms- Youth Unisex https://www.patternsforpirates.com/product/wtp-youth/

Please see the pattern to determine how much fabric you need for the project based on your chosen style (shorts, long shorts, capri or long pants) and the size you chose to make (pattern measurements to determine needed size are on page 3 of the pattern, page 4 tells you how much fabric you need for that size and style.

A woven quilting weight cotton fabric is recommended or a light cotton flannel. This is going to be made into a garment, therefore it should be washed and dried and pressed before class.

Spool of Thread to match your fabric
1.5" non roll elastic (enough to circle your waist)
Sewing machine with zig zag foot and regular sewing foot
New needle (90/14 or 80/12 topstitch or universal recommended)
Cord + foot pedal for sewing machine! At least one bobbin for your machine
    Pins
Hot hemmer ( recommended but not necessary) ( CLOVER 7811 Hot Ruler Press Perfect )

Please note this pattern needs to be printed out and taped together PRIOR to class this takes about an hour and a bit of space so please allow yourself enough time to do this carefully. If you have any problems with this preparation step please alert your instructor by the Friday August 1 st . In fact if you have any questions about anything please just shoot me a text I am happy to help you figure it out! This is a great first garment to make if you are interested in learning to make clothing!
