Sandra Corder brings over a decade of experience teaching yoga and meditation to students of all levels. She holds both 200 and 500 hour yoga certifications, as well as training as an Ayurveda Counselor. Sandra’s classes combine mindful movement, breathwork, and holistic wellness to support each student’s personal journey. With a calm and welcoming presence, she creates a space where everyone can feel comfortable exploring yoga — whether it’s your first class or part of your lifelong practice.
