Peyser, Sandy

I am an independent consultant and trainer. I have worked over 40 years in the field of Early Childhood Education in various capacities. My career started after completing my B.S. degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Maryland. Post graduate work continued as I worked while teaching in Montgomery County Public Schools led to a Master. After years of teaching Kindergarten and Head Start in MCPS, the last 3 years in the system, I served as an Early Reading First Coach which provided me with the experience of mentoring and coaching teachers/adults. This experience led me to working with Child Care Providers. As a trainer I have developed and implemented a variety of trainings, I also have served as a Maryland State Department of Education validator for the accreditation program. My outside interests include exercising and playing canasta! My biggest pleasure in life is spending time with my husband and two daughters families which include 4 precious grandchildren!
