Navigate Workforce Challenges:
Empower Early Childhood Leaders to Inspire a New Generation
Join Montgomery County Child Care Support Services for our annual Child Care Support Services Leadership Symposium on Wednesday, May 14th, 2025 in Silver Spring, Maryland!
This year’s theme will provide valuable insights, expert-led discussions, and networking opportunities to help you grow as a leader in early childhood education.
We are thrilled to welcome Jane Humphries, Ed.D, Associate Director of Professional eLearning at the McCormick Center for Early Childhood Leadership, as our keynote speaker! Dr. Humphries will tackle one of the most pressing challenges in early childhood education today: the evolving workforce. With a new generation stepping into early childhood roles, leaders are encountering unique challenges—including shifting work ethics, different expectations for success, and new approaches to communication and teamwork.
