9 Hour Communication Training for Child Care Providers
This course is designed for child care professionals as an introduction to the basic concepts of developing strong communication skills when working in the early care and education field. Topics include: verbal, non-verbal, and written communication, reading strategies, interpersonal communication strategies, and objective listening skills, with a focus on communicating with parents, co-workers, and the community and communication issues within a typical child care day.
You MUST attend all 3 sessions to receive a certificate. All are virtual via Zoom from 6:30 to 9:30 PM on September 1, October 20, and November 10.
