LOCATION: Nashville Children’s Theatre (25 Middleton St. Nashville, TN 37210)                    
                  
DROP OFF: Please plan to arrive early to ensure students get checked in on time. (Doors will open at 9:30am.) Check in will take place in the lobby. You must check in your child with the NCT Staff Member at the table and receive your color-coded pick-up card. Note that this is a DROP OFF program. Adults are not permitted to attend the event or wait in the building per our safety policies.
                
PICK UP: Dismissal will take place at 4pm. Please park (in our free parking lot). Check out will also take place in the lobby. (If the parking lot in front of the theatre is full, there is additional parking at the side and behind the building.) The NCT Staff Member at the table will check the person picking up is on your child’s authorized pick up list. They should show their color-coded pick-up card (given at drop off) or bring a photo ID that matches the name on the list. To review, add, edit, or delete any previous authorized pick-up information, log into your account accessible at this link or contact education@nashvillect.org. After checking in, we will let you into the classroom to pick up your child.

TEACHING ARTISTS: NCT students learn from the finest Teaching Artists and actors in Nashville! Background checks have been run on all NCT Education staff, and staff are all trained in CPR.

(Note that the Social Stories, although not specific to this event, may help students know a bit more about the building, staff, various classroom spaces, etc.) In the case of inclement weather, NCT will hold classes as scheduled if staff are able to travel to the theatre safely. In the event that a class is canceled due to inclement weather, we will update our website, social media, and will email all class participants. We are unable to offer make-up classes or refunds for classes canceled due to weather.
