Discoverers: Passport to Play
Class | Available
Pack your imagination and get ready to explore! Each week, young artists will visit a new part of the world through picture books, guided pretend play, music, movement, and creative drama. Students might journey through a rainforest, travel across the ocean, celebrate in a bustling city, or transform the classroom into a faraway landscape. Along the way, they will practice using their bodies, voices, and imaginations to create characters, follow a story, take turns, and play as a group.
In-Class Sharing: During the final class, families will experience a student-created collection of scenes and theatrical pieces demonstrating the ensemble’s research, experimentation, and artistic choices.
