Empathy and Compassion in Our Lives

Social Science/History | Available (Membership Required)

Life is a little easier when we experience empathy can compassion—both when we give it and when we receive it. In this workshop we will discuss some ways that people develop empathy and compassion, especially through intent listening. We will also share stories about our own experiences with empathy and compassion.  This is a Virtual Class.
