Give examples of individuals in history who have overcome obstacles toward success.  We will review the stalwart principles to endure opposition and so called failure, to arrive at one's life destiny.  Terry will give personal examples of three events in his life and how he  overcame adversity to achieve his goals.  Terry  will petition the audience to share examples in their respective lives' that led to success. Empowering PowerPoints and Videos to ignite and/or fortify the attendees personal strength. 


  • Terry Yahweh learned from his mother, grandmother, aunt and his community that service to your fellowman is imperative to our society. He is an honorably retired detective from the Phoenix Police Department after twenty-five years of public service. He served as a patrol officer, domestic violence detective and robbery investigations detective. He investigated armed robberies, carjackings, home invasions, extortions, kidnappings, bank robberies, felony shopliftings, human trafficking, a few homicide investigations and other criminal investigations. He was a board member with the Phoenix Police union and the longest serving president of the Arizona Black Law Enforcement Employees (ABLE) a police and community association. He was the chairman or lead for several police conferences, high school reunions, family reunions and his 46-year boxing team reunion and it was through these events that he harnessed his skills as an event planner. He has a B.A. degree in Spanish linguistics from Arizona State University, and was a certified Spanish speaker and instructor with the Phoenix Police Department. He is also a singer and has sung and numerous venues singing the National Anthem multiple times and has been trained to sing opera arias, popular and jazz music. He has done a number of renditions of the famous “I Have a Dream” speech by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. at venues in Chandler and Phoenix. He is an avid gardener growing and eating the majority of vegetables he consumes. He has ventured into the personal motivation arena and in 2023 has produced the “All Things Are Possible For The One Who Believes Conference” which encourages citizens to eat better and wiser to live longer and healthier which allows them to live to manifest their dreams and destinies.
