  • Tom is a 1995 graduate of Arizona State University, is the Water Resource Analyst for EPCOR Utilities in Arizona.  He has more than 25 years of experience in the water and wastewater utility industries, focusing on project management, customer service, community relations, and asset management.  His current responsibilities include tracking and reporting water production, water rights, new sources of supply, and water conservation for communities in Arizona and New Mexico.
