Technology | Available (Membership Required)
Over the last few decades, Virtual Reality has been used as a tool to bring users to places and scenarios that they would not be able to experience otherwise. While many may experience VR as a gaming technology, it is increasingly being used as a learning tool to introduce students to content in novel ways. In this presentation, we will discuss the history of VR as a learning tool and highlight current projects that show its potential as a technology to learn about key issues impacting Arizona, such as water availability.
