Psychologists note that sharing family stories across generations can strengthen bonds across generations because family members feel that they are part of the family’s narrative. In this workshop, we will use some prompts to guide conversations about the important family members, places, events, photos, and heirlooms in your lives. There are several options for this workshop.  For those who bring mobile phones with recording capabilities, children and parents/grandparents can record oral histories during the session. For others, participants can jot down notes in response to the questions.
