The Stories We Tell Ourselves

Health/Wellness | Available (Membership Required)

We all have stories we tell about our lives. Stories about when we met the love of our life, about the day our children were born, how we found our first job. But there are other stories that we don't share - internal stories going on in our heads. The stories we tell ourselves about our worthiness or how people think about us. Stories that affect how we process the world around us. Stories that rule our nature and impact the quality of our lives. How can we edit these stories and find a better path?
