America's Undeclared Wars, 1945-Present

Since 1945, the U.S. has participated in major undeclared wars in Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan. In this course, we will discuss the very interesting similarities and differences among these wars, as well as the huge impacts of these wars on the U.S. and on those four countries. Dr. Bonnie Saunders
Saunders, Dr. Bonnie - teaches history at Glendale Community College and joins us at RISE for Foreign Policy and the Middle East classes. Her Ph.D. focused on U.S. policy in the Middle East, and she published a book on a CIA plot to overthrow the Syrian government in 1957.
