 In 2026, the U.S. is celebrating its 250 years of independence, based on the writing and ratification of tits founding document, the Declaration of Independence.  What are the most important ways that the U.S. is similar now to how things were in 1776?  What are the most important ways that the U.S. is different from how things were in 1776?  Sign up as soon as you can and start thinking about answers to these and other questions!

Dr. Bonnie Saunders

Saunders, Dr. Bonnie - teaches history at Glendale Community College and joins us at RISE for Foreign Policy and the Middle East classes.  Her Ph.D. focused on U.S. policy in the Middle East, and she published a book on a CIA plot to overthrow the Syrian government in 1957.
