Acoma to Zuni Art

The Southwest has a rich artistic culture. We will not be able to cover all of this artistic history, but we will we will cover the art and architecture from the Acoma to the Zuni. We will begin with information about the migration to the Americans. A brief history of each culture will also be discussed. Driving instructions to sites
covered in this talk will be included.
Allen Reamer
Allen Reamer, Allen - Has produced art and taught studio art and art history for most of his life. He was fortunate to come from generations of artists. His undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate education was in studio art and art history. Allen has taught high school to graduate-level classes. He has been recognized by various organizations for his teaching and artwork. He has been active in local and national art organizations, including representing D.C. art educators at the national level for a decade. He teaches over 175 studio art classes and over 230 art history classes.
