Writing Effective Editorials

The Arts | Registration opens 1/5/2026 12:00 AM MST (Arizona)

WRITING EFFECTIVE EDITORIALS teaches the classical persuasive formula ensuring the most effective impact to your audience by teaching how your editorial has a strong point of view with compelling support paragraphs, and a conclusion that reinforces your point of view.  The first class will give you the persuasive formula, and explain how you can defend an opinion effectively.  The following week, you will be expected to write an article that will be read and discussed at the second class meeting. Hopefully we'll enjoy sharing one another's ideas and perspectives.
