Introduction to the use of 4 of the Office Suite Applications, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint in 4 weekly 2 hour classes. Each section will cover the basics enough to get you started if it is your first time using each application and there may be some time for some individual work with specific questions and help with existing documents or presentations.

Outlook will cover how to create an email, how to respond, how to set your out of office, how to set your signature, how to choose stationary, reply, reply to all, forward, delete. Group messages, attachments, reading attachments, attaching other outlook email.

Word will cover how to create a document from blank, from template, edit, modify, center, right & left shift, corrections, embedding diagrams, photos, etc. Changing columns width, font sizes.

Excel will cover how to create a spread sheet from blank, how to make charts, how to search with lookup commands, simple formulas, interpreting data with charts, creating charts and modifying axis, labeling axes, using templates

PowerPoint will cover how to create a presentation from blank, copy, duplicate slides, change order, add timing of displays, bringing segments from forefront to background and vice versa, adding notes for a presentation, timing of presentation, elementary flying transitions
